No Retaliation
It is unlawful for the Company or any officer, employee or other agent of the Company to discipline, demote, suspend, threaten, harass or in any other manner discriminate against an employee who lawfully provides information or otherwise assists in an investigation of securities fraud, mail fraud, bank fraud, wire fraud, or violations of federal securities laws. It is also unlawful for the Company or any officer, employee or other agent of the Company to take any adverse employment action against an employee who reports unlawful harassment or discrimination, or who provides information or otherwise assists in an investigation of such conduct. Further, Company policy prohibits any officer, employee or other agent of the Company from retaliating in any way against an employee who reports in good faith a possible violation of the Company’s Standards of Business Conduct or other applicable policies, laws or regulations.
